Rose-Tinted Massage

The late Princess Dara Rasmi of Chiang Mai & Siam, the consort of Chulalongkorn King Rama V, may have passed away in 1933, but her love for the beautiful rose gardens of Mae Rim are entwined into Chiang Mai history and still talked about today. It is said that her devotion and love for King Rama V was so intense she was inspired to create a new breed of flower in his honour. 

To celebrate this Lanna legend, the Four Seasons Chiang Mai Resort has made the Chulalongkorn Rose the centrepiece of a new spa concept: The Royal Lanna Signature Treatment, which also features a sensuous silk glove mangosteen massage.
