Mr. Pastry Comes to Town

Renowned Japanese-born Master of French Patisserie, Chef Takeshi Shibata, will be cooking up a storm of his widely-acclaimed desserts during a special weekend pastry spectacular at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The pioneering pastry chef will be there during 25- 27 May giving bakery fans a rare chance to sample his showcase of fabulous showstoppers and delectable sweet delicacies, that combine classic French pastry concepts with Japanese craftsmanship. They’ll all be available at the hotel’s restaurants Vertigo TOO , for weekend high tea; and at Romsai , for dinner and weekend brunch.
